Team Althea Racing zal komend seizoen weer met een Ducati vertegenwoordigd zijn in het World Superbike kampioenschap. Nicoll˜ Canepa zal de 1199 Panigale EVO gaan bemannen.
<p>Team Althea Racing werkte het afgelopen seizoen in het World Superbike kampioenschap samen met Aprilia nadat men de jaren ervoor actief was op een Ducati. Na één seizoen heeft Althea teambaas Genesio Bevilacqua besloten terug te keren naar het merk waarmee het team in 2011 met Carlos Checa de World Superbike titel wist te behalen.</p> <div><br /> </div>
<p>Het team zal komend seizoen actief zijn met Niccoló Canepa. De Italiaan zal op de Ducati 1199 Panigale in de EVO klasse van het World Superbike kampioenschap uit zal komen.
